You can download a pdf copy of the registration form by clicking on >>  RegistrationForm.pdf . Please fill out and send the form and registration fee to Lakshmi Nagarajan (her address is on the form).  

We accept and prefer PayPal for registration fee payments.  If using PayPal, you don't need to send the registration form.  Just use the 'Notes' section of PayPal to detail cost breakdown, 'Class of', names of attendees, and when you lived in Afghanistan.  Or you may scan and email the registration form.  

Registration Fee:
  • Received by June 1, 2019 -  $175/per person
  • Received after June 2 and by July 1, 2019 -   $190/per person
The Reunion Fee Includes:
  • Hors d'oevres at the Registration/Reception on Thursday
  • Dinner & Dance on Saturday
The Mile High Picnic at Dave Mullen's Includes:​
  • Transportation from hotel to Dave's and back
  • Food
  • Beer, wine, soda

PayPal: 

If you already have a PayPal account, choose the 'send to friend' option and the reunion email address as the person to send to (aisk.reunion@gmail.com).  In the notes section, provide the details that would otherwise be included in the registration form.  You don't need to include your email address as that would show up automatically when the payment is received.  Do please send us an email at aisk.reunion@gmail.com to let us know that you have sent us a payment via PayPal.  

​International Attendees:
  • In order to avoid the exorbitant foreign exchange transaction fees, please use PayPal for registration fee payments.  Check PayPal section above for details or contact aisk.reunion@gmail.com.

Registration Policy:
  • All fees must be paid in advance
  • This is an all inclusive fee.  There is no discount for those wishing to attend just the Dinner/Dance portion of the event.
Cancellation Policy:
  • Notified by June 1, 2019  -- Registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • Notified between June 2, 2019 and July 1, 2019 -- 50% of the registration fees will be refunded.
  • After July 1 - No refunds possible
